Château Diadema Conviction Double Robusto cigars are presented in elegant boxes of 12 and are handcrafted at the brand’s boutique factory in Navarrete, Dominican Republic, by founders Emily and Thierry Sahakian. This medium-bodied cigar features a rich Ecuadorian wrapper over a Dominican Olor binder, with a refined filler blend of Nicaraguan Criollo EstelÃ, Dominican Criollo ’98, and Piloto Cubano tobaccos. Each cigar is aged for 4 to 6 months after rolling, allowing the flavours to marry and develop a smooth, balanced profile.
The substantial 5 1/2 x 55 double robusto delivers a rewarding 45 to 65 minute smoke, opening with notes of earthy cocoa, coffee richness, and woody spice, complemented by a creamy hazelnut character. As the cigar develops, flavours deepen into dark chocolate, oak, roasted nuts, and a touch of molasses sweetness, with hints of pepper on the retrohale and subtle fruit nuances. The experience concludes with a generous and well-balanced finish, supported by an even burn, smooth draw, and abundant smoke output. Rated 90 by Cigar Journal, this cigar combines the bold character of Nicaraguan tobaccos with the smoothness of Dominican craftsmanship, offering a refined and accessible smoking experience ideal for pairing with espresso, bourbon, or aged rum.
