Warped Isla del Cocodrilo Corona Gorda cigars are presented in boxes of 15 and are handcrafted at Tabacalera La Isla in the Dominican Republic by Kyle Gellis, inspired by Cuba’s nickname, the “Island of the Crocodile”. This 5 3/8 x 46 corona gorda features an Ecuadorian wrapper over dual binders of Ecuadorian 2000 leaf and Brazilian Arapiraca, with a premium blend of Nicaraguan long fillers, creating a complex and well-balanced profile.
Delivering a medium to full-bodied experience over approximately 45 to 60 minutes, it opens with dominant cedar notes and earthy depth, supported by baking spices, creamy vanilla, and a touch of pepper. As the cigar develops, flavours evolve into butterscotch sweetness and graham cracker nuances, adding a subtle dessert-like character. Known for its excellent construction, self-correcting burn, and refined balance, this cigar offers a sophisticated and engaging smoking experience, ideal for more considered and nuanced sessions.
