The PDR A. Flores 1975 Gran Reserva Desflorado Half Corona is presented in bundles of 25 and is handcrafted at PDR’s factory in the Dominican Republic under the guidance of master blender Abe Flores. It features a golden Ecuador Connecticut Desflorado wrapper, cultivated using a stalk-cut method to enhance natural sweetness, over a Dominican Olor binder, with a refined filler blend of Dominican Corojo and Nicaraguan tobaccos.
This compact 3 1/2 x 46 vitola delivers a medium-bodied experience over approximately 25 to 30 minutes. It opens with notes of creamy cedar, toasted nuts, and a touch of white pepper, complemented by hints of vanilla, honey, and gentle herbal tones. As the cigar develops, flavours evolve into caramel sweetness, soft earth, baking spice, and subtle raisin notes, leading to an elegant and lingering finish.
Renowned for its precise entubado construction, it offers an effortless draw, even burn, and impressive consistency. With its refined balance and approachable complexity, this cigar provides a sophisticated option for shorter smoking sessions, showcasing PDR’s craftsmanship and attention to detail.
