PDR A. Flores 1975 Gran Reserva Corojo Half Corona cigars are presented in tins of 5, with an outer carton containing 5 tins (25 cigars in total), and are handcrafted in the Dominican Republic by master blender Abe Flores. They feature an extensively aged Dominican Corojo wrapper from 2006 over a Dominican Olor binder, with a refined filler blend of Dominican Corojo and Nicaraguan tobaccos, creating a rich and well-balanced profile.
This compact 3 1/2 x 46 half corona delivers a medium-bodied experience over approximately 20 to 30 minutes. It opens with notes of peppery spice, cedar, and earthy espresso, complemented by a gentle nuttiness. As the cigar develops, flavours evolve into dark chocolate, layered wood, subtle sweetness, and leather, with a creamy spice carrying through to a smooth and satisfying finish.
Known for its traditional entubado construction, it offers an even burn, consistent draw, and impressive complexity despite its smaller size. Ideal for shorter smoking moments, this cigar delivers a refined and flavourful experience, showcasing Abe Flores’ craftsmanship and PDR’s commitment to quality.
